It is unusual but, in case there are any problems with your submission, you may have to re-enter all the information. Know that final copy used in each promotion is at the discretion of the BookMovement editor who may edit your submission based on her understanding of her audience and what compels her readers to respond.
Your promo will be in the newsletter and on site for 4 weeks. After it has run, Pauline Hubert, from BookMovement.com, will email you the name of the winning bookclub(s) with the number of members in each club (usually 10 -15). You can then send the club leader the appropriate number of books.
