Dear Reader,There are few things in life that touch a writer's heart more deeply than to hear from his or her readers. I believe effective writers must first be voracious readers, and so I readily and enthusiastically connect with my readers when they take the time to drop me a note on any subject, including criticisms or concerns about my work. I've learned not to dismiss a critical comment without first asking God if there is truth in it. If there is, how can I address it? If not, how do I graciously respond to the reader who quite obviously believes it to be a valid point?
