I'm so excited to tell you about FIVE YEARS GONE, my new standalone contemporary romance. About eighteen months ago the idea for this book hit me in a tidal wave of thoughts — a man deployed to hunt down the world's most wanted terrorist, the girlfriend he left behind five long years ago. I wanted to write his girlfriend Ava's story: how she decides she can't wait any longer in the state of purgatory she's been in for five endless years and what happens when she decides to start over and take another chance on love.
