Forbes Dear Reader: "He spends a lot of time looking out the window," read one of my seventh grade report cards.  I still do.  And I have a feeling I'm not alone. (I wonder if my favorites Silverstein, Gorey, Nash, and Lear didn't spend time daydreaming by the window a bit?).  BEASTLY FEASTS! is a book I would have liked to read as a kid, kind of scary, yet fun, a book of mischievous rhymes for all those daydreamers who wonder and imagine just like I did.    Thank you for sharing BEASTLY FEASTS!, illustrated by the incomparable Ronald Searle (yes, New Yorker magazine readers, THAT Ronald Searle) with kids of all ages these past few years.
