Dear Reader,

I have always been fascinated by investigations that rely on smart people working hard, rather than fists or guns. That was the genesis of CRASHERS. It tells the story of a team of investigators called together after a jetliner slams into the ground.

Led by a pathologist, the team includes engineers, pilots, a bomb expert, plus experts for the black boxes. Normally, the crashers have months to solve the mystery. This time, they have hours. Because the first crash was a test to prove it could be done.

And the next target is already airborne.

Oh, and don't worry. There are fists and guns aplenty, plus a renegade Israeli spy, a terrorist cell and a sociopath actually working within the crash team.

I hope you have as much fun reading CRASHERS as I had writing it!
