Dear Librarians,

At risk for Huntington's Disease, Sean Doran chose never to marry or have children. But on a rare trip home from his work as a nurse in Africa he finds his aunt, who raised him, showing signs of dementia, leaving no one to look after his young nephew. Sean is soon reluctantly parenting the misunderstood boy, falling in love with someone from his past, and realizing that leaving again won't be easy when people want and need him to stay.
