Charles Brokaw
Dear Librarian,
I'm a huge fan of libraries. I spent months in them doing the research to write THE ATLANTIS CODE. As far as I'm concerned, librarians are close being to angels on earth. My book owes a lot to your help. I hope that you enjoy it! The story leaps for Egypt to Russian to Germany to France, and then to world heritage sites in Africa, and finally to Spain, where I used libraries to find aerial images of Cadiz that some people think actually show the rings of the lost city of Atlantis. The site lies within one of Spain's great national parks, so it's unlikely that I'll ever live to see it excavated, but if it is explored, it will be libraries that tell me whether the thriller I've imagined and written has any basis in fact. Writers owe librarians the worldthe same world we discover with your help.
I hope that you'll love the book! Register for a drawing to win one of 5 signed copies of THE ATLANTIS CODE! Please send an email with your name (as you would like me to write it) and address to Charles@CharlesBrokaw.com, with the subject line "Entry for Librarian Contest, The Atlantis Code" or visit www.CharlesBrokaw.com/contest.html.
My best to you,
Charles Brokaw
